- Prenatal/Parenting Education Classes: These classes cover essential pregnancy health, fetal development, and parenting topics. You’ll learn about:
- Proper nutrition, exercise, and prenatal care while gaining an understanding of common pregnancy symptoms and how to manage them

This class will also address common challenges and provide solutions, such as dealing with sore nipples or low milk supply; this will help you feel more confident in your ability to breastfeed and improve the likelihood of a positive breastfeeding experience.
- The basics of newborn care, including diapering, bathing, feeding, and soothing techniques. Participants learn about infant sleep patterns, safe sleep practices, and how to recognize and respond to their baby’s cues. Newborn care classes help new parents feel more equipped to handle the day-to-day responsibilities of caring for a baby.
- Parenting basics, from infant development to effective parenting strategies. Learn how to create a nurturing home environment, set boundaries, and promote positive behavior.
- Childbirth Preparation Classes: Childbirth classes help prepare you for labor and delivery. Topics include the stages of labor, pain management techniques, breathing exercises, and birthing positions.
